Development Area Liquor License
The Michigan State Liquor Control Commission has created a liquor license available to businesses located within the Downtown Development Authority boundaries.  This newly available license is described in Section 436.1521a(1)(a) of the Michigan Compiled Laws.  For more information on eligibility, or the process for applying, contact the City of Monroe Planning Department at 734-384-9185. 

USDA Business & Industry Guaranteed Loan Program
